Refund Policy

We want every customer to be confident in the work we do. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

Product subscriptions

• 14-day money-back guarantee:if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up, we'll refund the full subscription fee paid — no questions asked.
• After 14 days: subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and will not be charged for the next billing period. You retain access until the end of the current period.
• Annual plans: if you switch from annual to monthly mid-cycle, the unused portion is credited to your account (no cash refund).

Engineering retainers

• Retainers are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel mid-month, unused capacity for that month is not refundable (we've committed engineers to your work) but no further charges will be made.
• If we materially fail to deliver agreed capacity in a given month due to issues on our side, we'll either credit your next month or refund the affected portion — your choice.

Custom projects

• Payments made for completed milestones are not refundable.
• If a project is cancelled before completion of a milestone, we'll refund any unearned portion of the milestone fee, pro-rated by the work delivered to that point.
• The 30-day post-launch warranty period covers bug fixes on delivered scope at no additional cost.

How to request a refund

Email info@nowgray.comwith the subject "Refund Request" and include your invoice number and reason. We respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

What this policy does not cover

• Third-party fees (e.g. payment gateway, hosting, API charges) paid through us — these follow the third-party's own policy.
• Changes to scope you requested after a milestone was agreed.
• Services delivered fully and accepted in writing.
