- Yes. For custom projects, full source-code transfer is the default — you can take what we built anywhere, anytime. For products, you can also opt for a white-labelled, self-hosted deployment with source access.
- Absolutely. Many of our clients start with a single product (say, CA OMS or InvoiceHub), then bring us in to build custom modules or integrations on top of it. One vendor, one accountability line.
- Products are billed annually (with monthly options available). Retainers are billed monthly, payable in advance. Custom projects are typically 30/40/30 — at kickoff, mid-milestone, and on delivery.
- Yes — most of our engineering work is for clients outside India (around 60%), with the rest in India. We've delivered 145+ projects on Upwork since 2016 to clients in the US, UK, Middle East, Europe, and Australia. We bill in USD, INR, or EUR depending on the client, and extended working hours give us overlap with US East Coast time.
- Book a 30-minute call. We'll listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly — sometimes the answer is one of our products, sometimes a small retainer, sometimes a custom build, and occasionally it's that we're not the right fit (we'll say so).
