What is MyInvois in Malaysia?
MyInvois is Malaysia's e-invoicing system, run by the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN / IRBM). Every invoice is submitted to MyInvois for near real-time validation; once validated, it is assigned a unique identifier and a QR code and can be shared with the buyer. Businesses can connect directly through the MyInvois API or, for low volumes, use the MyInvois portal.
The rollout is phased by annual turnover: the largest businesses (RM100 million and above) started in August 2024, followed by the RM25 million to RM100 million band, then RM5 million to RM25 million, and the RM1 million to RM5 million band from 1 January 2026. Following a December 2025 Cabinet decision, businesses below RM1 million turnover are currently exempt, and a penalty-relief period has been extended.
We integrate your system with the MyInvois API so validation happens automatically and your counter or back office keeps moving.

Dates and thresholds change, and scope depends on your exact situation. Treat this page as a starting point, confirm the detail with the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN / IRBM), and tell us what you run today, we will tell you plainly what an integration would involve.
Built into the software you already run.
We integrate MyInvois into your existing POS, ERP, or billing software: the API connection, format mapping, validation, unique identifiers, and QR codes. If your system cannot connect, we build or adapt one that can.
Because the rollout is turnover-based and the thresholds have shifted, we scope your onboarding to the band you are actually in and keep an eye on the relief periods.
Malaysia e-invoicing questions.
Is MyInvois mandatory for my business?
MyInvois phases in by annual turnover. The RM1 million to RM5 million band came in from 1 January 2026, and businesses below RM1 million turnover are currently exempt following a December 2025 Cabinet decision. Confirm your band with the LHDN.
How does MyInvois validation work?
Every invoice is submitted to MyInvois for near real-time validation. Once validated, it receives a unique identifier and a QR code and can be shared with the buyer. We connect your software to the MyInvois API so this happens automatically.
Can I connect directly or do I use the portal?
Both exist. Direct API integration suits any real volume; the portal suits very low volumes. We set up the API integration into your existing software.
Can you integrate MyInvois with my POS or ERP?
Yes. We connect your existing POS, ERP, or billing software to MyInvois, handling format mapping, validation, and QR codes. We also build compliant systems.
