Romania RO e-Factura integration
Romania's RO e-Factura is a clearance system: domestic B2B invoices must be submitted through the ANAF platform (SPV) in a defined format, with real penalties for invoicing outside it. We connect your ERP or billing software to RO e-Factura so invoices clear and you avoid the fines.

What is RO e-Factura in Romania?
RO e-Factura is Romania's national e-invoicing system, run by the tax administration (ANAF) and accessed through its Virtual Private Space (SPV). It is a clearance model: your domestic B2B invoice is submitted to the platform, validated, and only then is it a valid invoice. The format is UBL under the Romanian RO_CIUS customisation of the EN 16931 standard.
The rollout has moved quickly. B2G has been mandatory since July 2022, B2B clearance since 1 July 2024, and B2C reporting since 1 January 2025. Full enforcement for small taxpayers was reported to apply from 1 July 2026, and submission deadlines and some exemptions have been adjusted since. Issuing or receiving a mandatory B2B invoice outside RO e-Factura has carried a penalty tied to the invoice value.
We connect your software to the SPV so invoices clear on time and you stay clear of the fines.

Built into the software you already run.
We integrate RO e-Factura into your existing ERP or billing software: the SPV connection, UBL RO_CIUS mapping, B2B clearance, B2C reporting, and deadline management. If your system cannot connect, we build or adapt one that can.
Because invoicing outside the system carries penalties, we make the clearance flow reliable so compliance is automatic.
