LOMS applies the same practice-operating-system approach as CA OMS to legal work. A law practice doesn't run on generic project software; it runs on matters, hearing dates, limitation periods, client accounting, and a document trail that has to hold up. LOMS is being built around exactly those objects, so advocates and firms manage the practice in one place instead of across a diary, a spreadsheet, and a folder of scanned orders.

Planned coverage includes matter management, a court-date and cause-list calendar with reminders, matter-based billing (fixed fee, hourly, and retainer), a client portal, and a secure document vault. The point is fewer missed dates, cleaner billing, and less time lost to admin that a good system should simply handle.
