ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing integration (Saudi Arabia)
ZATCA's Fatoora system requires businesses to integrate their invoicing software with the tax authority in revenue-based waves, generating cryptographically stamped XML invoices with QR codes. We handle the Phase 2 integration: onboarding, the compliant format, and the cryptographic stamp, so your wave deadline is a non-event.

Phase 2 (Integration) rolls out in waves by annual revenue. Later waves have reached taxpayers with revenue above SAR 375,000. ZATCA gives each wave at least six months' notice of its integration date.

What is ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) in Saudi Arabia?
Saudi Arabia's e-invoicing programme (Fatoora) runs in two phases. Phase 1 (Generation) required businesses to issue structured electronic invoices and has been in force since December 2021. Phase 2 (Integration) connects your invoicing system directly to ZATCA for clearance and reporting, and it is rolling out in waves by annual revenue.
Phase 2 invoices are XML (or PDF/A-3 with embedded XML), carry a cryptographic stamp tied to a ZATCA-issued cryptographic identifier (CSID), and show a QR code. Standard tax invoices are cleared by ZATCA before they reach the buyer; simplified (B2C) invoices are reported within a set window.
Each wave is defined by a revenue threshold, and ZATCA notifies targeted taxpayers at least six months before their integration date. The thresholds keep stepping down, so more businesses come into scope over time.
A complete Saudi Arabia integration.
Whether you run an off-the-shelf ERP, a cloud accounting app, or a POS you built in-house, we make it comply with ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora), end to end.
Phase 2 onboarding & CSID
We onboard your device or system with ZATCA, obtain the cryptographic identifier (CSID), and manage the certificates.
Compliant XML generation
We produce ZATCA-compliant XML (and PDF/A-3 with embedded XML) with every mandatory field correctly populated.
Cryptographic stamp
Each invoice is cryptographically stamped as ZATCA requires, so it passes validation on the first try.
Clearance & reporting
Standard invoices are cleared with ZATCA before issue; simplified invoices are reported within the required window.
QR code generation
Compliant QR codes are printed on every invoice for buyer verification.
ERP / POS integration
We wire all of this into your existing ERP, accounting, or POS so your team keeps its workflow.
